• Song title surfaced in a news post in early 2002, about demo recording sessions for material for a follow up album to 'Harsh Light.'
• Recorded in late 2001/early 2002 with Adam Schlesinger (from Fountains of Wayne) at his Stratosphere Sound Studio in New York.
• A studio demo was released on the official site on August 02, 2003.
• Tony supposedly re-recorded the song for inclusion on a solo album in 2005, but the album and the re-recording have never been released.
