Seeing we've had an increase in spammers recently, all user registrations will now require approval going forward, until something else can be instated to help keep them off. New registrants please send me an e-mail noting who you are, your interest in wanting to post on the board, favorite Fastball album, song, etc. - something to relay that you're an actual fan and not some a-hole looking to post porn links. Those a-holes are just robots, so you just need to increase security so they can't get in. You could try adding a captcha or like you suggested, "favourite Fastball album" but have it in the registration form, and only accept actual albums. The robots shouldn't be able to get around that as they'd insert random numbers and letters.
